Further Details:
- Videos will be delivered as 9:16 video, H264 unless requested otherwise.
- Video length determined in response to brief.
- Videos longer than 3min incur additional costs.
- Prices includes two rounds of feedback, additional rounds of feedback are charged at $130 per round.
- Full terms of service are provided with each quote.
Considerations:
- Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive: You can choose to license the content exclusively, meaning you are the only ones who can share it, or non-exclusively, meaning that I retain the right to license the content to other businesses as well.
- Duration: Consider the length of time the you would like access to content, with a clear start and end date.
- Territory: The geographic area where the video can be viewed should be specified.
- Usage Restrictions: My general restrictions are that you cannot modifying my content.
- Compensation: Payment must be made to access the content. It’s important that compensation reflects the value of the content and the scope of the license.
- Attribution: Consider if you want to credit me for your work and if you do I will include a clause that requires you to credit me whenever you share or use the content.
- Exposure: I do not engage in any work for exposure.
